At PhoneSpec, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and how to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:
- Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Includes all original accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Shows no signs of physical damage or tampering
Note: Opened earphones, screen protectors, or hygiene-related accessories are not eligible for return due to safety reasons, unless they are faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items returned after 14 days
- Used or damaged products not caused by manufacturing defects
- Gift cards or downloadable software
- Sale or clearance items (if marked “Final Sale”)
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.
You may be asked to provide:
- Order number
- Photos or videos showing the defect/damage
- Packaging photos (if applicable)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed
Return Shipping
- Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items
- For non-defective returns (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when contacting support. Exchanges are subject to product availability
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you must follow the return process.
